The Historic Dockyard, in Chatham, has a "Salute to the 40's" weekend in September and this year, 2008, it was decided to acquire sandbags and make the museum look as though it was a wartime police station. The 'shelter' sign hanging on the sandbags fooled lots of visitors who went to see where the shelter was !
