Hartlepool Borough Police Special Constable tribute letter HRH The Prince of Wales KG visited Hartlepool on Thursday 3rd July 1930, and the Watch Committee issued a card tribute letter (size 8" x 6") to each special constable who was on duty that day in appreciation of their work.
