There are no names but the people are described as follows; 1-Sergeant of Police: 2-Sheriff: 3-District Surgeon: 4-Chaplin: 5-Goaler: 6-Native Court Messenger: 7-Inspector of Police: 8-Asst. Resident Magistrate: 9-Resident Magistrate: 10-Junior Clerk: 11-Chief Constable.
