METROPOLITAN POLICE, HARRY HOWE (RECRUITING) The photo is dated 1915 at states that it is Harry Howe and his son Avey, and that Harry was on the recruiting staff at Scotland Yard. He is wearing a Queen Victoria Jubilee medal with the 1897 bar, as well as both Edward 7th and George 5th Coronation medals. His cap badge is a King's Crown over the letters 'P.P.A'.
