PC294 William Taylor Northumberland County Constabulary Born 21.12.1890 at Alnwick, Northumberland. Appointed NCC 18.5.1914, served as Bombardier 167269 RGA during 1st WW, returning to force on 10.2.1919. Promoted sergeant 18.5.1923 and Inspector 1.8.1934. Retired 21.12.1950 and died 4.7.1957 at Newbiggin.
