BIRMINGHAM CITY POLICE, DIGBETH 1944 The photo is handwritten on the back 'Digbeth Police Station, 1944'. I would think this was a course for female officers of the WAPC. The Sgt is PS 36. The female officer front right has a Luton Borough Police, Special Constabulary cap badge. The female officer front left has 3 service stripes on her right sleeve.
