PC 191 Vaskaby 'Mick' LESTER (wearing WW2 Star/Defence Medal/War Medal)

He is riding an A.J.S. motorcycle and the photo is taken 1952/53 (tax disc says 1953)
It is apparently taken at Police HQ at Bodmin.
